I don't like that word failure. It sounds so final. Failure would be an innacurate description of what it means to have a bad day with your diet/exercise. It implies that you can never correct a behavior or a mistake the next day. I myself had a little more to eat than what I normally would have while on a weight loss path. However, I am choosing to remain optimistic. Today I ate a little less...and exercised again. I feel good...and I was still down a pound on the scale today for my monday "weigh in". I'm one of those who has to limit how much I get on the scale otherwise I spiral down emotionally whenever I have too much water or just ate or something before I get on haha. Anyhoo. I was just wondering if everyone is doing okay. I just want everyone to know not to be hard on themselves if they did have an oops yesterday. Good on you if you didn't :) Just pick yourself up and keep going. Do-overs are always possible the moment you realize you over-ate. Go for a walk...eat healthy the next day and keep up the good work!
