I've been doing badly in the beginning of this challenge but in the last two weeks I've been really getting on track and I've lost quite a lot of body fat (according to my scale and the way t-shirts stopped creeping up my back when I walk) but I just hate that my weight almost doesn't budge. I understand muscle is heavier than fat and I should be happy because it also burns more energy and all that... but I guess I'm stuck on having to see the numbers on the scale get smaller.

How do you guys stay motivated when your weight disappoints you yet again, even though you know perfectly well that it's reason to rejoice?

I'm feeling exactly how you are right now. I lost a bunch in the first couple of weeks and haven't seen much progress after that and I don't get it! It is frustrating, but DON'T GIVE UP! I'm trying to change my eating and exercise to get things going again. DOn't just go by the scale though...if you're feeling a difference in your clothes, that's great! I know it's hard not to see the numbers go down, but hang in there...changes are changes! ~Sara :o)
