I've been doing badly in the beginning of this challenge but in the last two weeks I've been really getting on track and I've lost quite a lot of body fat (according to my scale and the way t-shirts stopped creeping up my back when I walk) but I just hate that my weight almost doesn't budge. I understand muscle is heavier than fat and I should be happy because it also burns more energy and all that... but I guess I'm stuck on having to see the numbers on the scale get smaller.
How do you guys stay motivated when your weight disappoints you yet again, even though you know perfectly well that it's reason to rejoice?
